Thank you for choosing JUNK BOSS. By scheduling or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Estimates

All estimates are free and based on the information provided at the time of the quote. Final pricing may be adjusted if the volume, weight, accessibility, labor required, or scope of work differs from what was originally described.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept approved payment methods and reserve the right to refuse future service for unpaid balances.

Scheduling & Cancellations

We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. While we strive to arrive on time, appointment windows may be affected by traffic, weather, or previous jobs.

Property Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the property and the items being removed. Additional charges may apply for excessive labor, multiple flights of stairs, disassembly, or other conditions not disclosed before the appointment.

Item Ownership

By requesting our services, you confirm that you own the items being removed or have permission to authorize their removal. Once items have been loaded into our vehicle, they become the property of JUNK BOSS and cannot be returned.

Prohibited Items

JUNK BOSS reserves the right to refuse the removal of any item that is illegal to transport or dispose of, presents an immediate safety risk, or cannot be accepted by local disposal or recycling facilities.

Customers are responsible for informing us of any materials that may require special handling before their scheduled service.

Donations & Recycling

Whenever possible, reusable items may be donated and recyclable materials may be diverted from landfills. The final destination of removed items is determined by JUNK BOSS based on local disposal and recycling options.

Customer Responsibility

Please remove all personal belongings, valuables, important documents, medications, cash, and sentimental items before your scheduled appointment. JUNK BOSS is not responsible for personal items that are unintentionally removed with the requested materials.

Property Care

Our team takes every reasonable precaution to protect your property while performing services. However, JUNK BOSS is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden structural issues, or damage resulting from unsafe or inaccessible conditions beyond our control.

Right to Refuse Service

JUNK BOSS reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a situation is unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or prevents our team from completing the job safely and professionally.

Changes to These Terms
