Free Estimates

All estimates are free and provided with no obligation. Final pricing is based on the volume of items, labor required, accessibility, and disposal costs.

Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. While we do our best to arrive within the scheduled time window, delays caused by traffic, weather, or previous jobs may occasionally occur.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash and major electronic payment methods.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Item Accessibility

All items must be accessible at the time of service unless otherwise discussed. Additional labor charges may apply for difficult access, excessive stairs, disassembly, or unusually heavy items.

Hazardous Materials

For the safety of our team, we do not remove hazardous or regulated materials, including but not limited to chemicals, paint, asbestos, medical waste, propane tanks, gasoline, ammunition, explosives, or other hazardous substances.

Donation & Recycling

Whenever possible, usable items may be donated and recyclable materials will be separated to help reduce landfill waste.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring all personal belongings and valuables have been removed from items before pickup. JUNK BOSS is not responsible for personal items left inside furniture, boxes, or containers that are removed.

Weather Policy

In cases of severe weather or unsafe working conditions, appointments may be delayed or rescheduled for the safety of both our customers and our team.
